Hello!
I was just wondering whether the 'variations' of the Godfather themes that Nino Rota plays on the piano during his recorded conversation with Frances Ford Coppola in the DVD set has ever been published as a sheetmusic?? (for piano that is)Heh if you guys could tell me it would be much appreciated!
Thank you smile

I'm quite fimilar with piano sheet music. The book that patches had on the link (it was the fourth hit on that page) is the only book I know of that contains sheet music from the Godfather movies (other than songbooks that randomly insert sheet music for songs to suggest a theme like movie scores, or all love songs) I have figured out how to play (crudely) a few songs from GF I, mostly the themes. I can give you the notes and chords if you like

Bart, Is it wrong to steal a loaf of bread to feed your starving family? No. Well suppose you got a large starving family, is it wrong to steal a truckload of bread to feed them? Uh-uh. And what if your family don't like bread, they like cigarettes? I guess thats ok. Now what if instead of giving them away, you sold them at a price that was practically giving them away. Would that be a crime Bart?
