Oh, I'm sorry!

I'd even been checking to see if you were online, in case that would happen.

Next time, I'll make a post saying that I'm about to do it, then edit it...

It's okay.. it's easier for me if you do it

(I usually update Diamond Daily and the Draft games first, cuz they're easiest, so that should let you know if I'm about to do BBC or not.)

PS - And yes, I am happy where I am... for now!

I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! tongue lol

Interesting pitching day!

Monday's Probables

Code:
PL 1032 (LAD) Brad Penny, RHP (11-5, 3.50)
TM 1018 (MIN) Francisco Liriano, LHP (12-2, 1.96)
JL 0986 (LAD)
DM 0968 (MIN)
CC 0958 (MIN)
JG 0928 (LAD) No catcher?
GG 0807 (MIN)
SC 0757 (MIN)
AL 0749 (LAD)
PL & JG:
I just wanted to give y'all a heads-up that I probably won't be able to do these much longer.

It's not so much taking the time to do it - I have the time and enjoy it - but the time at which I need to do it. School starts very soon, and I won't get to stay up late - I'd be up until midnight waiting for the west coast games to end, and I couldn't do the probables until the deadline, of course.

Not that this lifestyle doesn't suit me...I'm a night owl at heart - but it won't work for school.

I might have the chance to do it on non-school nights, though, so I'll pitch in whenever I can.

Hi, CS!

Hmmm...does this appearance in BBC mean you're coming back?!

Don't make me beg!

(Or have I already done that? )

How have you been?

That's true...

But he's still CS to me, so I guess you could be CS2?

That is, until you make your move up to the top, as you've been implying. :p

You'd think he'd be able to beat at least one person above him, say someone with 2 less days than him...and this is HIS sport  :p

Oh yeah... this game. I missed you all. The game, not so much-- but you guys, totally.

Gi is the new PL and JG put together, I see. Only infinitely more productive. :p

A Penny for your thoughts...should've taken LAD.

I think Zia should be added to the standings again, btw - I'm sure she can't wait to get back to her lineup.

Them crazy boys in blue... I was tired tonight but I went to the game anyway, because I hadn't been to any in a month. Boy, am I glad I went! Their 10th straight win!

I love Jeff Kent. Really.

Congrats to those who wisely picked them. 27 pts!

Just in case you run out, BTW, here are a few ideas for comments you can use for me:

I like this one: "lost half of his big lead in one day". [/b][/quote]What big lead? 29?

I like this one for today, though:

"Triples his lead in one day."

What does that mean?

That you're on the 46th floor of some hotel?

Don't worry, though....I never look down...I only look up and ahead.

And I don't expect a Vegas trip to provide you with an excuse for missing days and losing the second half here.

My compliments, TM.

Considering that in past years the only category you finished first in was "Missed Days".....

Not to mention the fact (as I pointed out in the past on numerous occasions) that once you did start to play every day, you have proven to be worthy competition.

If you want to know, it's the 25th floor of The Mirage.

I probably won't miss any days, but I'm not exactly spending much time picking my team.

I like The Mirage too. They upgraded my room to a "Tower Deluxe" Room on the 25th floor. My girlfriend was never to Vegas, so I didn't want to subject her to staying at the "Imperial Palace" yet.

They gave me the room when I checked in, but after the beating I took today, they might as well give me the room for free.
