I don't want to give any hints yet but.....based on Apple's reply it should be noted that this is a Modern Day Picture taken very recently....you should be looking for someone about 30 yrs younger...

Good guess but Joe Spinell, who played Cicci died in 1989...our mystery man is still alive....

This is tough. I'm guessing the person (is it you?) would've been roughly in their mid-30's when GF2 was made. It could be someone (an extra) so obscure that no one will guess it, like one of Michael's young buttonmen (e.g., Joe Lo Grippo), or a cop (Carmine Foresta)...

Tell us, is the person at least listed on this page ?

Well it's obviously Al Pacino, man he hasn't aged well.

No way, just realised it's a future snap of SC, maybe 10/15 years.

I'm trying to put hair on this guy and imagine a younger/thinner person. The face does look familiar (I think). If it was an obscure character, then I probably won't get it. Great guessing game though.

I think so Geoff. His weight and some makeup could have made him look older. Think about it for a moment. In the very begining of GFII we are shown a young Don Ciccio, right? Then when Vito goes back to Italy to avenge the death of his family, we are then shown a much older Don Ciccio, right? Obviously makeup for that scene. If the actor was in his 30's back when GFII was made, that would put him in his 60's now, and this guy looks to be in his 60's in this picture.

My money is that it's Don Ciccio.

What's the prize for winning this contest anyway? A weeks worth of blockbuster rentals?

I'm betting he's the actor who met Vito in Part II. Check out the eyebrows in this scene when Vito goes back to Sicily to kill Ciccio. Thats him on the left (and he bears a resemblance to Guest's picture):

It's Giuseppe Sillato, who played Don Ciccio. Compare the photo posted in the link with the closeup on p. 240 of Harlan Lebo's "The Godfather Legacy." Look for a mole on the left cheek, and an irregularly shaped bag under the left eye.
