Just noticed for the first time last night:

In the Part II scene when Michael returns from Cuba, he asks Al Neri and Rocco to leave the room. Al hangs around like a bad smell, obviously directed to do so, and get the cigar. Then he slowly closes the sliding door. Then he slowly stands by the closed door...... etc.

Quite funny what happens next though, he gets down to ground level and appears to just spin around for no apparent reason! Crouches down for the duration of the Tom/Michael dialogue about the "miscarriage" and the christmas present.
