I too, think that Michael would never come back to Kay, had Apollonia stayied alive. I also think she would have made Michael a lot happier - at least concerning his personal life. Apollonia was the best wife for a man like him - as she was born and raised in his same culture and background. She had the same values, and would have understood his choices. I'm not among the ones who constantly bitch against Kay - she had her reasons - but she wasn't the right choice for Mike.
