NOT a good possibility, and assuming Kay had a Dr. she could trust, he (or she) most certainly would be willing to perform the abortion in complete secret for the right amount of money which I'm sure Kay had at her disposal to offer...even if in cold hard cash.
And let's just suppose Kay DID miscarry and lie to Michael just to get him where it hurts. Then assuming he believed her, what would stop him from having her Dr. killed if he chose to do so? Would Kay put an innocent person in that sort of danger?
She had the abortion. Whatever nonsense is suggested in GF Returns is not to be considered.
