I too have never actually cried when watching one of these films, the only movies that can still do that to me are Forrest Gump and the Shawshank Redemption.

But I would say the scene that hit me hardest emotionally was either Mike's silent scream at the end of GFIII, or the Hailmary prayer at the end of PtII.
