This was a game we were playing a year or two ago.
Someone gives a clue describing a character, the next player guesses the character and gives a new clue.
The "fun part" of the game is to make your clues as cryptic as possible.
You wouldn't, for example, give a clue like "He was the Don of the Corleone family" or "He was Michael's older brother".
Anyway, here's an easy one to start with:
He was on the hook

For the "strong and 'silent' type", Mig, I was thinking of Mike's bodyguard, Buscetta.
That's a slight problem with this game, BTW. Sometimes a clue could be applied to more than one character.
For "He tested the durability of the table" I'm gonna say Don Zaluchi, who banged on the table at the Don's meeting.
New clue:
He did nice work

I'll answer Migs : Fredo. My question still stands. He would eventually be known by the same name in the 70's as the sicilian message he discovered indicated. Don Cardi
Don Cardi Five - ten years from now, they're gonna wish there was American Cosa Nostra. Five - ten years from now, they're gonna miss John Gotti.

Could've been Moe Greene....could've been the guy that Calo gave it to in the eye in GF III.
He was listening.

"Woltz is listening."
Yours: Paulie?

Mine was not Paulie nor Rocco, but I didn't get your answer right, so you keep the turn Plaw. ( the answer to yours Mig, is Sonny) Is the answer to your last one Kartoum? Don Cardi

I was thinking Paulie or Rocco for yours, DC, but I figured paulie 'cause he could've used a gun, while Rocco already had one.
