Clemenza's car dealer, who delivered the car he "ordered" with wooden bumpers (altho I'm not sure that they made reference to this in the movie)?

I beg to differ. You were simply sidetracked and couldn't guess the answer. Ah well, on to the new one. The obvious answer would be Fredo "I'm Smaht," and of course he turned out to be a moron, but that is way too obvious and easy.
"Io sono stanco, sono imbigliato, and I wan't everyone here to know, there ain't gonna be no trouble from me..Don Corleone..Cicc' a port!"
"I stood in the courtroom like a fool."
"I am Constanza: Lord of the idiots."

Right. It's not Fredo. Way too obvious and easy.

Yes, dontomasso and Mignon, it is Phillip Tattaglia, the prostitution kingpin (or lover, in the sexual sense of the word) who "could never have outfought Santino" (so he was not a fighter) . If either of you are online, would you like to post a new clue?

dontomasso, is this another trick question? Even though Roth is sharing his birthday cake with his colleagues, he's not talking about saving pieces of cake, but about distributing pieces of his Havana interests. Let's see... (I have to cheat and look at the script on J. Geoff's site). He promises a piece to the Lakeville Road boys, a piece to the Corleone Family, a piece to Eddie Levine and the Pennino brothers -- and he's saved a piece for some friends in Nevada (so "things go smooth back home"). Therefore, my guess is any or all of the above .

I can't believe it! That must be the first dontomasso clue I got on the first guess . Now here's mine: While some working folks join the rat race, his career had him caught in a mouse trap.

I love the way your clue is written, Cristina. Like a real Jeopardy clue, which is kinda how this game is supposed to work.
No idea what the answer is, though.
Not ready for clues yet, however.
