Oh dontomasso, that was such a good guess; unfortunately, that wasn't the situation I was thinking of.

I was thinking a little more literally. With this guy, the viewer could begin to wonder how he ever manages to get out of his house (or, for that matter, any other place he happens to be).

No, it's not Frank Pentangeli.

Cuneo is another good guess... and definitely getting warmer. He can't very well get out of that revolving door after Cicci locked it. But Cuneo never got out. This guy does -- although he's so incompetent at it that he needs help.

So, you have to wonder if this fellow gets out much -- or rather, HOW he ever gets out at all -- because he can't seem to negotiate exit and entry ways without help.
