Game Description: Bowl Mania is simple to play. Create your entry and then select the winners of each of the bowl games listed through the National Championship in January. In addition to selecting the winners you will also be asked to assign a confidence value to each bowl game. The higher the confidence you assign to a bowl game, the more points you will earn if you have selected the winning team. The entry with the highest number of points will be our grand prize winner!

To clarify:

Rating something a 1 means you will get 1 point if you are correct, rating something a 25 (is that the highest number?) should be the game you have the most confidence in.

You will be able to make your game selections once the 2006-2007 Bowl Matchups are announced on December 10th.

Submit your entry no later than the first kickoff of the first game of the college football bowl season (Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at 8:00 pm ET). [How to Play]

ROLLING LOCK
The Promotion will institute a "Rolling Lock" for the first nine (9) games of the 2006-2007 U.S. collegiate football bowl season. During the Rolling Lock, beginning with the first bowl game scheduled for December 19, 2006 at 8:00 pm in San Diego, CA through the ninth bowl game currently scheduled for December 27, 2006 at 8:00 pm, each game will lock at its scheduled game time, and you won't be able to make a selection for any game that has already locked. Following the completion of the Rolling Lock, the Promotion will completely lock upon the scheduled game time of the tenth game of the 2006-2007 U.S. collegiate football bowl season currently scheduled for December 28, 2006 4:30 pm in Orlando, FL; your picks for the remaining bowls must be submitted, received and recorded by Sponsor's computer by that scheduled locktime.

Yogi, sign up, you have only missed 8 games. thats like 35/36 points out of 530. You are at a disadvantage because of the easier games were people got more points but you can still be competitive.

The game is telling me I never picked the Arkansas/Wisconsin game, but I assigned it a 25 point value.

That is the value this game was given before you even pick a winner.

Congratulations, Ice, for the Penn State pick. I picked Tennessee. While I'm not a big Penn State fan although I'm from PA, I usually wish them success. I have said for 20 years, "Give Paterno time to January 1 and he can beat anyone.

Too often I've seen Paterno play more talented teams in big bowl games and kick their ass. Best example was beating Miami with Testaverde and Jerome Brown in '87.

I saw him kick the living bejesus out of Tennessee and Auburn when both schools were supposed to kill him on New Years Day.

Yet, I still picked against him.

Well I've liked Tennessee football as long as I've been watching the game and I want to say this is the third time Joe Pa has taken them out.

The real congrats goes to 'our Don' who apparently has cheated his way to yet another fantasy title!! YEAH!!!
