JustMe, I think I have to clarify something in my mind. A few weeks ago in one of the threads, a discussion came up about the novel. I said that I didn't like it; I found the characters too "cardboard." You responded with a post similar to what you wrote above -- that the real complexity of the characters was in the book, not in the movie.
Because you put some smilies at the end of your post, I thought you were joking and that you actually meant the opposite of the words you had written.
Now reading your current post, I'm not so sure

. Help me, I'm confused. What is your position on the book? Do you believe it has more character development than the movie? I just want to be clear on this so I'm not debating with you over something we already agree on
