So I just got off the phone with Sprint. They sent us a bill for 934 text messages. YEAH RIGHT. I may receive a lot of messages, but I rarely respond. (Because I know I have a limit of 300, and I don't even want to come CLOSE to exeeding it) So I called them, apparently they charge you for SENDING and RECEIVING text messages.

RECEIVING.

First I had a conversation with a computer, which really started to piss me off. It was a very condescending computer. Then, I spoke with a hispanic-speaking woman, who wouldn't let me access the account because I didn't know my mom's social security number. So I told her to connect me with her supervisor or the head of Sprint, her choice.

So. Apparently, when you send a text message, they charge you for sending it. AND the charge the person RECEIVING it, for the SAME MESSAGE.

I'm pretty sure that's called double-dipping, which is what I told the supervisor. All she kept saying was "Ma'am, I can't do anything about it, You've been correctly billed" yada yada yada.

I can't believe thats how the system works.
