Now if you drink this year, then who the heck is going to guide us back to the hotel?

Seriously Mig, do you really know how to make Moonshine?

Am I going to have to hide the Sangria from you if we go to that place Nova Terra!

I'll find out tomorrow

If we truly want to commit to making the best of it, then Frog and the Peach is easily the best restaurant in New Brunswick...my mouth is watering just thinking about it, can I change my vote?

Back and forth, back and forth. I'm exhausted from trying to catch up!!

Mig, wear a skirt, don't make it denim, and I hope we get to see you drink at least one this year. Just make sure to bring plenty of money - those martinis at Clydz don't look cheap!!!

DC, take SC's advice to heart. Them Jersey drivers are scary. However, Jersey drivers will give you good practice for Italy.

DMC, we love your advice. I know that Geoff went to school in that area and I'd love to hear his input.

Is the Frog and the Peach outrageously expensive? Keep in mind that I don't have a moneytree in my back yard.

Frog and the Peach will be a little cheaper than La Veranda, I think it should be noted that I said Nova Terra only if Frog and the Peach is out, like I said it is THE best restaurant in New Brunswick, sure its a little pricey but if we are only going out once per year with everyone then why not go to the best?

I think everyone will agree La Veranda was WELL worth it and this food is even better than there.

Let's not forget we still have 6 months to save for this.

I'm STILL trying to find the drawbacks to this boytoy position

90 dollars per person over 6 months, 13 paychecks is only an extra 7 dollars per paycheck 3.50 per week to put away, and actually less if you figure you would have had to bought dinner that night anyway, thats why if we pick the place early everyone can save with knowing the expectations of the price.

I have....oh wait not for the weekend in August

For anyone who hasn't been there you will NOT be disappointed, and they are remodeling everything too, it will be incredible. It has a huge lobby where we could sit and just chat if we wanted to before heading out, its an amazing place

Mig, that's twice in this topic that you've made a reference to the cost of going away for this weekend. I think that over the past couple of years we've always been considerate in trying to choose a place to stay and to eat that works for the majority involved. We've never popped any unexpected surprises on each other and have gone into these weekends knowing the costs before hand. We've always made decisions based on what the majority who are attending decided on. Last year we even made sure, at La Veranda for instance, that EVERYONE there was in agreement on how we were going to order as EVERYONE there knew what the cost of the spread would be BEFORE hand. And EVERYONE there agreed. What makes you think that this year is going to be any different? No one is looking to or is going to hurt anyone else here. We're all friends here and I think that we've proven, at the past two gangsterbb weekends, that we all look out for one another

Outside of the driving that you have to do, everyone is basically going to have the same expenses and the same costs. So I don't understand why you say that this is going to cost YOU more than you planned. What makes this any different than the past two years?

Will they put "The Godfather Crew" in a private room at a big round table?

Is the Peachy frog walking distance from the hotel? Remember I have to be the designated walker lol

They have a semi-private room for groups of 12-22 and its 5 blocks from the hotel.
