There's a Chinese place on Chapman Avenue in the city of Orange (in California) called "Hong Kong Express" that serves the best Chinese food I've ever had. I think I've visted there six times the past 2 times I've been to California, and I've never been disappointed. I always get the spicy shredded pork, and chow mein. They throw it all in a BIG styrofoam container, and it's incredibly inexpensive. They fill half the container with the entrée(s), and the rest of it with the chow mein or fried rice (whatever you prefer...I happen to like noodles better.)

If anyone finds themselves in Orange County anytime soon, take a trip down Chapman Avenue and try this place out. It's right across the street from the Crystal Cathedral.

Ok...back on topic...
