He posted it under his name and didn't give credit to the actual author or website. And in another post that he copied word for word from a website he put at the bottom "By yours truly" then quickly edited it after realizing he left the actual authors name on it and one of the board members questioned him on it.

And to add one more thing to that, a board I was on previously was sued because people were posting full articles and not giving credit to where they got it from. The owner of that board had to pay a hefty fine.
