I understand your reasoning now. It makes total sense. I have no objection as long as there is a "reasonable" number put on max innings pitched based on some kind of average.

No explain to me Games Started? What is the reasoning behind that category? Does that apply to ALL players or just starting pitchers? As far as it applying to starting pitchers, what purpose does it serve? If Oswalt starts 35 games throughout the season in real MLB, how does that pertain to GS in the fantasy league for him?

And as far as blown saves, if you and Geoff feel strongly about keeping that stat, then perhaps we should consider cutting it down from -6 pts. to maybe a -4, losing half the pts. of what the pitcher would get (+8) had he saved the game.
