Well, after DR. STRANGELOVE, the great Peter Sellers never had more serious acting shots(save for BEING THERE) afterwards, since he got typecasted hard as Closeau, and because all of his other comedies bombed in theatres.

Well, that reminds me to watch A SHOT IN THE DARK again...
