Is it kosher to determine the draft order while the game is still accepting new teams? Or should I not worry about that, and just add any (unlikely, but possible) new teams to the end of the order? Or should I just lock it at 9 teams?
I would say the game would have to be locked before the draft order. With 6 hours to go, I doubt we're getting any last minute players though.
