Let's face it, it's another one of those 'holes' that fortunately doesn't affect the overall story.

I'm not saying no. But "our people" may have been old-time contacts from Michael and Tom's NYC days, not necessarily the most current Frankie contacts. And anyway, as we both agree, certain leaps of faith are necessary to maintain drama in the films--logic can be so boring...
