I actually had that problem after a Windows update the other day. After a little googling I found a "patch" on the Microsoft website that fixed me right up.

I'm actually talking out of my butt right now cuz I couldn't tell you what a "patch" was if you held a gun to my head. All I know is that it worked. Geoffy would know.
