Looks like Klydon's testosterone kick-in is starting early. \:p

Have y'all heard the story about Torii Hunter? Seems everything's okay now, but I can't believe this was made into such a big deal...yet Barroid is on his happy way to homer history. Law and order in the world of baseball, I guess.

Have you been doing the "Mike and Mike" man up tests?

Sometimes. While I'm not as manly as Golic, I think I'm closer to him than Greenie. I get a big kick out of those guys.

I love them. Did you ever read Greenie's book, "Why my wife thinks I'm an idiot"? I have it and it's hilarious.

I didn't read it yet, but will. I'm sure it's very good. He and Golic make a perfect team.

Wretched DNPs.

I passed out on my bed last night around 12 or 1 to "rest my eyes," fully intending to wake back up. Which I did...about 2:10. It was almost funny that I'd missed the deadline by just a bit.

But the Astros finally won!

It took bringing our star prospect Hunter Pence up from the minors, as well as benching poor Chris Burke, though. I feel bad for him, as he's already had to wait so long for an everyday role, and now he's back out. I think Pence will bring some spark to the club, but he can't be the magic solution. The other guys need to step it up.

I signed on 20 minutes too late last night to change my rosters in both fantasy leagues last night. Make that another DNP for me. Maybe I'll get lucky with Morris and the Giants.

Good Lord, I've fallen to 6th place, and my right fielder's team isn't playing today.

Who's hiding my testosterone?

Did anyone else notice that both Schilling and Penny are pitching tonight to see which piece of worthless currency does better?

A few years ago, Mark Buerle pitched against Eric Milton to give a pitching match up of Milton Buerle (sp).

But my favorite play on baseball names occurred when the Reds strted an outfield, named Young, Franken, Stein.

I was coaching my son's Little League team about two years ago when I read the names of the next three hitters coming to bat in the bottom of the inning for our opponents, so our pitcher knew where we were in the lineup. After I shouted the names, I got a few stares. The names were...I better send it in a PM, so as not to offend.

This is pretty funny, so here goes... in a Spoiler Alert just in case... \:D

KL's PM to me said:
Warning, Spoiler:

The kids in the lineup were:

Beaver
Bush and
Kuntz

I told the other coaches that we should be able to give them a good licking this inning. ;\)
