I had the honor of attending the live showing of the Astros' ninth straight loss last night. But it was still much fun! Adam Everett almost had an inside the park homer, but he was called out. The radio announcers seemed to think he was safe, from what I heard later, but he didn't get a good start out of the box to begin with. Here are Los Caballitos, the fan club for Carlos Lee: They're at every game, I think. They have Lee jerseys and stick horses in support of El Caballo. And they are standing below Biggio's 3000 hit sign. It was a LAD vs. NYM battle in fantasy, so I had my eye on the scores... Dodgers got their shutout, so I was hoping for many innings in NY. CS, it's your twin! I had no idea he left Milwaukee!

Zia, I have a difficult time looking anywhere but at my avatar now...which tells me it's a pretty good pick. But this was the "chick picture" I took the avatar from: Photo Also very hot. [pause] Which thread am I in again? Oh, BBC? Thought this was the Ladies' Thread. Bethie, one of these days, I'll just give you a photo of the whole stadium's crowd, then tell you I'm the one with an Astros shirt on. haha

If it's not Peavy I'm gonna be awefully peaved...haha. It's strange. If you pull up the game on ESPN in the article it mentions Peavy, but lists Germano as the pitcher.

Peavy is listed today at both ESPN and Yahoo, with Germano pitching tomorrow... where was Douche looking?

Has anyone seen those commercials for the All Star Game in San Francisco. They show all these baseball players riding on a trolley through San Francisco streets, snatching more ball players off the streets as they go. Johnny Damon (at least I think it's Johnny Damon ) gets a text message that says "Duck", right before they come upon a piece of wood in front of them. That's some funny chit.

I wasn't sure about what a GMAT was, either - but I Wiki'ed it ( GMAT), and it sounds like you're deserving of high praise, CS! Congrats! Bethie, I think I've caught parts of the All-Star game commercials...they're always so cute. I haven't even voted this year. I see all the ballots at the ballpark, but when you can vote something like 25 times online, and then make a new account to vote more...there's just no way to compete.
