Perhaps I shouldn't have said anything now and waited until the last minute, this way you all could have accused me of making an excuse and punking out at the last minute.
But I posted my situation now so as NOT to be accused of backing out at the last minute.
As much as I want to see you guys in August, I'm not going to hope that my daughter's team loses.
If they win, I'll be on the ball field. If they lose, I'll be at the hotel bar.
