And that draft was annoying as fuck. I quite enjoyed it. It made each match more interesting to see which brand was going to get the next pick and also who was gonna go where. The messages for Vince were also somewhat nice. Stone Cold's was probably the funniest but Bret Hart's was the best. I couldn't believe he actually did it No, no. I liked how they had matches to decide who got the next draft pick. I mean the "randomizer" thing, and how it took like 30 seconds for it to pick one, and the noises it made. It irked me. Other than that, I thought it was a pretty decent show. The car bomb really threw me off though. I've been working the last few Mondays (besides last night), and I missed how Shawn Michaels got hurt. What happened? Is he coming back? I know he's getting old.

I'm not sure how long he'll be out but yes, I'm not looking forward to his comeback. But someone who I think is supposed to come back next month which I am excited about is Rey Mysterio What is your hate with the Undertaker? Better question, where are YOU when Botchista appears? He sucks, and you approve of him? I smell hypocrisy. Taker has slowed down incredibly, but he can still a wrestler through a match. Hell, he made Jeff Hardy look like a million bucks on that 2002 Raw episode with the Ladder-Title match. Then Wrestlemania this year, his match with Botchista stole the PPV.

No offence to you wrestling fans out there, but to me wrestling looks like a bunch of over sized men in leotards simulating gay rape. I've heard wrestling called a lot of things, but that's just fucking stupid. And they're called singlets.

Did anybody see ECW's Dedication to the "presumed" dead VKM. They showed that at WWE headquarters they have the WWE flag at half staff. I haven't made up my mind if this is a story line or if it's real. Yeah about half the show was dedicated to that. What a crappy show BTW. The other half was filled with lackluster matches. Dreamer vs. Balls and Striker vs. Boogeyman. Give me a break! The main event looked good on paper but didn't come out well on TV. Pretty disappointing considering how much I enjoyed Raw last night AND the fact that the ECW title is now vacant with Lashley on Raw. Oh and let us not forget that Chris Benoit was now on the show. Oh come on. That Dramer/Balls match was a toss to the ECW old school fans, since the taping was held in Philadelphia and it was nice. Poor Balls the Jobber though. Boogeyman sucks. He's a gimmcik and nothing more. Irish, even with your silly hate of the Taker, you must admit that he can WRESTLE. You know, WRESTLE? Anyway, the main event was botched because the ref Armstrong scrwewed up. Still, I liked how Benoit and Punk went ahead with their finishers on Burke/Cor Von after the bell was rung. But otherwise, the match was nice. Burke/Cor Von/Punk are youngsters mingling with a master in Benoit, who can almost make anyone look like a million bucks (Hell, he helped put MVP over). But yeah, while Burke and Cor Von are perhaps raw potential talent, for the future, CM Punk WILL be a mega-star in the near future. I mean, look at those insane chants the man gets weekly. Plus, the inevitable Benoit/Punk title feud will KICK ASS. Either way Irish...ECW's rating went up.

I haven't made up my mind if this is a story line or if it's real. DMC is right, WWE didn't exactly think things through. I mean, that limo was driven up to Vince. What happened to the driver? ;D But yeah, I'll give production credit for editing that seamless-looking shot of Vince going into the limo and blowing up. And yet, how can WWE resolve this? Jed Shaffer, author of REWRITING THE BOOK column at WrestleCrap.com, made some good points criticizing that Limo Bomb on monday: "This is crap, no matter how it ends. If it's suicide, it's tasteless. Crap. If it's murder, then you have a CAPITAL CRIME being committed in wrestling. A prosecutable crime, potentially punishable by execution. The only wrestling payoff possible is Shane vs. the murderer (or Stephanie vs. the murderer, if the perp is female). That's crap right there. But this isn't aggravated assault or running someone over. You can't brush MURDER under a rug with "I'd prefer to settle it in the ring, I won't press charges." There HAS to be an arrest. And unless you plan ahead of time to fire someone so they can "serve time in prison", it has to be a non-wrestler who can be easily written off. And non-wrestlers mean NO IN-RING PAYOFF. Crapola. Or, then there's what I fear ... he faked his death for sympathy. People go "Well, he was a bastard, but we didn't want him DEAD," and they get all weepy and say nice things about him, verbally fellate him, blah blah blah ... and he comes back and says "YOU LIKE ME! YOU REALLY DO LIKE ME!" That would be crap supreme. No matter how you slice this, this is crap. Big crap. Gooker Award Winner Crap. Jed Shaffer ~Plus ... there's the whole policy that's on the WWE website where they state they will never use rape or murder in a storyline. Guess they forgot 'bout that." ------------------------------ You know, he's right.

Also, I love Cena, but when Lashely was drafted to RAW, my friend was like "Oh great, now we have to watch Superman vs Superman for the title." I agree with your friend. I was happy when King Booker came to Raw but once I saw Lashley too, I knew Booker would take a backseat to him. Even if he does wrestle Cena for the title, they're not going to give it to him Holy shit, me and The Crock agree! Thing is, Lashley/Cena may destroy the fabric of the universe with one paradox of a question: When Lashley and Cena fight, who jobs? *space-time continum blows up*

WWE HALL OF FAMER, FORMER WWF AND AWA WOMEN'S CHAMPION SHERRI MARTEL PASSES AWAY by Mike Johnson @ 3:12:00 PM on 6/15/2007
PWInsider.com is sorry to report the passing of WWE Hall of Famer Sherri Martel Martel, a former WWF and AWA Women's champion, is probably best known in her role of the best female heel managers during her run in the 1990s with the WWF, working with Shawn Michaels, Ted DiBiase, and Randy Savage, among others. Moving to WCW in 1994, she worked on top with Ric Flair and The Harlem Heat tag team.
Martel was inducted into the WWF Hall of Fame in Chicago during Wrestlemania 21 weekend and still made semi-regular appearances at conventions and media events. Jakks Pacific had just released a Classic Superstars action figure in her honor.
Martel was only 49 years old.
On behalf of everyone involved with PWInsider.com, I'd like to share our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and fans of Sherri Martel.

Does anyone watch TNA? XDCX or Mig or bogey? Their product has REALLY gotten better these past couple of weeks and they easily have the best tag team division in the industry. They have the Voodoo Kin Mafia (formerly the New Age Outlaws), the Dudley Boyz and the Steiner Brothers. Plus their roster consists of AJ Styles, Christian Cage, Eric Young, "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal (probably my favorite character going right now) Jeff Jarrett, Kurt Angle, Rhino, Samoa Joe, Sting and Tomko.

TNA pisses me off. For everything that could rule, they fuck it up with sillyness. Watch their last PPV with BOTH a blindfold match and an electric cage match. They could so be a serious rival to WWE, instead of a dumping ground for disgruntled Free Agents or hacks(I'm watching you TEST) or good wrestlers that WWE can't package into a lame product, if only TNA would: *Get 2 hours. Their ultra-rushed editing is so annoying. *Fire Vince Russo. *Get rid of the mascot (you like it Irish? LOL)

Well that news sucks. She was quite a valet in her day. Holy shit! I'm shocked! She looked as vibrant and flamboyant as she ever did during her HOF induction last year. What a shame. May she rest in peace.

I used to.. when I was dating this ultra-wrestling-fan guy.. His favorite wrestler ever was Raven. But I have no idea what day/time its on.. and I'm working all the time anyway. And wow, that is sad news.
