Yeah i noticed Kay's expression too.But also notice Connie.Both her and Kay give Michael the same look after he starts screaming and as for the very last scene in GFIII,that pretty much shows that Kay wouldn't have ever forgiven him for the death of Mary.He dies alone with nobody left.Even Anthony would have resented him from that point on.
