Reading Godfather's Revenge right now and dare I say I'm actually enjoying it up to around page 100 or so.

Anyway, since I hated Returns so much I basically forced myself to forget everything that happened in the book so I am asking you to help me fill in the blanks for the following:

1. Why did Michael want Nick Geraci killed in the first place?

2. How did Tom Hagen make his bones and what were the details surrounding that?

3. How did Geraci play a role in having Michael kill Fredo and Hyman Roth, as I remember Winegardner made us believe that Geraci had a role in that, even though I didn't like it.

So please, help me out!
