So, I'm driving my daughter to school around 7:15 this morning, and we encounter two horses walking up the road! Near my house, the archdiocese runs a therapy program for autistic children, where they care for and ride horses. Obviously, these horses had escaped from the stable somehow. Cars were swerving all over the road to avoid them, and I could tell that they were starting to get nervous. We called 911, who patched us through to the local police station (ironically, the local police help run the stable program), and about a mile or two later, we see the police car go by, sirens and lights going.

If you weren't wearing your pajamas you could have run after the horses.

All this smutty talk gets me excited.

Judge won't toss suit against De Niro Mon Jun 18, 9:31 PM ET

LOS ANGELES - A federal judge declined Monday to dismiss a lawsuit alleging Robert De Niro misrepresented his health on a movie production insurance form.

U.S. District Judge Manuel Real denied a motion by the Oscar winner asking the court to toss the suit by the Fireman's Fund Insurance Co., which insured production on the Fox film "Hide and Seek." De Niro's motion called the suit "a case that should never have been filed."

"We are still confident that we will prevail," De Niro's attorney Robyn Crowther said following the judge's ruling.

Fireman's Fund claims the actor misrepresented his health when he wrote on an insurance form that he had never been diagnosed with or treated for prostate cancer.

According to court documents, De Niro was diagnosed with prostate cancer on Oct. 15, 2003, two days after he signed the medical certificate. De Niro underwent a prostate-gland biopsy on Oct. 10, 2003.

De Niro's diagnosis and resulting treatment delayed the movie production. Fireman's Fund paid Fox more than $1.8 million to cover the cost of the delay. The film was released in January 2005.

A July 2 hearing is set to decide whether the case should be transferred back to state court.

Blah, it's way too humid today. I don't know how hot it is, I haven't checked a thermometer, but I'm certain it's not the heat that's setting me off. It's just muggy as a damp, dead animal, bleeding from the guts, and covered in wet maggots.

I didn't leave anything at the bus stop. The 2nd bus was 10 minutes early. I was getting off my 1st bus, and saw her drive past me. Instead of waiting 1 hour for the next I just walked home for the hour instead. I'm hoping I left my butt at the bus stop.
