The only flaws that really bug me are anachronisms in period pieces. There's no excuse for those.
For instance, in GLADIATOR, one of the Romans was wearing Reeboks.
Reeboks? Are you sure?
In one episode of the original Star Trek series, they went back to 1930s Chicago. On one of the tenement buildings in the background you can see one of those yellow and black civil defense signs that didn't premier until the nuclear age in the 50s.
