With all due respect I don't believe Frankie had a '57 Eldo, I believe it to be a '58 Sedan De Ville. Note the difference in the tail fins of Frankies car and that of a '57 Eldo Seville. Note that Frankies car was a four door, and that the '57 Eldo was a 2 door. I think it would have been somewhat out of character for Frankie to have had an Eldo. The Eldo was the top of the line model for Cadillac passenger cars starting in 1953, and in the early years a model that mob type guys wouldn't really have. Most just wanted a basic 4 door black Cadillac, especially a guy like Frankie, that drinks water from a garden hose, and prefers peppers and sausage to Ritz crackers and chopped liver.
I think one of the missing deleted scenes was when Frankie told Willie Cicci, "Hey Willie go out and buy me a black Cadillac, and nothing too fancy!"
