I believe it was Joel Youngblood in the 70s or early 80s. I remember because he got one of the hits against the Phillies.

Joel Youngblood. On Aug. 4, 1982, Youngblood was playing for the New York Mets against the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field. He went one for two. After the day game, Youngblood was traded to the Montreal Expos, who were playing in Philadelphia that night. Youngblood flew to Philly and got a pinch-hit single. Both hits were against future Hall of Fame pitchers, Ferguson Jenkins of the Cubs and Steve Carlton of the Phils.
