*whew* Nice - a vague top of page - makes everyone at least "work" to see what I was replying to....

Is that my cue to admit that "woman know everything and men know nothing"? Can I have T-shirts made with this quote and distribute them on August 18th?? I'll order a medium.

GG 1116 SDG (-20) 17 1133 Is that supposed to be my face? Because that's the exact expression I had, when I saw my points!! I try to go against the crowd and gain some ground, but noooo... And on the one night I should've been a homer and gone with Houston pitching - 10 IP, 1 ER, 13 SO !! Wandy Rodriguez has the most insane home vs. road ERA. Home: 1.69 Road: 8.16

But what if I jinx them, TM?? Though, really, they can only go up from where they're at now. Right....?? I had Hunter just about everyday, until he got injured. I really hope the poor fella gets back in the lineup soon. And Biggio, I can never quite guess when he's playing now. Well, it's mostly at home, and he'll be off for day games after night games usually, but he's getting a lot less playing time. But maybe you're right. Because what I'm doing now obviously isn't working!

The opposite of this common thing would include Billy Martin, but Martin wouldn't have achieved this opposite thing until 1989. I'm feelin' a bit lazy to look it up, but, what exactly would the opposite of be? ? I'm late getting back, but what I meant was that while these guys were born on Christmas Day, Billy Martin died on Christmas Day. It is a tad macabre.

yo Yo YO Big Daddy in Da House and giving a shout out ..... Anyway .... so the second half of the season has started, the excitement that holds, where everyone starts out the same, fresh new beginnings, learning the errors of the first half and coming out smarter for the second half - where all placements are sure to change, so let's see Pork was in 3rd and KL was in last the last time I looked ..... Mon 8/13

Oh .... so Pork is in 4th now and KL is still in last so much for the excitment of the second half. At least my earlier pep talk to DB has kept him focused and in first place. But KL, c'mon you are from Phila and not only in last but behind a chick ? C'mon, cowboy up there. And Gina, I see no trash talking on Da DoucheBag, and you promised. It has not stopped him though, just this past weekend in a PM he said <cough clearing throat cough> You know Big Daddy Wuss, that Gina chick, I do have to give her credit to not being in last. I mean with having to get dinner ready and clean all the dishes she must have wireless in her house so her laptop can reach the kitchen ... I don't think DB minds when I share stuff like that, the 'other stuff' maybe but I think that is within limits to share, but I sometimes get that stuff confused ... Ok so as you were Peeps - football is just around the corner. Pork I'm counting on you to make your typical late season run and find yourself in third ....

Hey everyone, I'm taking a quick break from fixing the men of the household their lunch, cleaning up their dishes, and scrubbing the floors, to make a post. I can't stay here too long because I'll need to see if the guys need a beer or some snacks at the next set of commercials so they don't have to take a break from watching ESPN. After all, as a female, I must keep in my place and do my job. Oh, it's BDD! What a surprise! Don't you know? I can't trash talk CS because he's a gentleman. But I did come across a joke that was submitted by a reader to Reader's Digest that I thought he would enjoy... I thought when the Chicago Bears got into the Super Bowl, perhaps my Wisconsin neighbors would bury the hatchet and root them on. How wrong I was. A sign at a local insurance agency bellowed, "Go Bears." The rest of it demanded, "...And Take the Cubs With You."

Hey Gina, any chance you could work some sort of magic and get Hunter Pence healthy again so I can use him in the Yahoo league? He was a stud until KABLOOIE!
You think he still has a chance at rookie of the year? He was the obvious choice in my opinion until he got hurt. BL, believe me, if there was any way I could get Hunter healthy, I would've already done it. Just about everytime I pick my CF'er in this game, I think of him. We really miss his energy and talent. The general opinion now, from what I've heard, is that Ryan Braun of Milwaukee is definite to get ROY. He and Hunter were pretty much neck and neck for a while, considering all of their stats, which is why Hunter's injury was such a huge blow to the team and the fans. He had a great shot, but he's probably missed too much time now. Braun is hitting .348, with 22 home runs, 59 RBI, and 10 stolen bases, in only 70 games.
