Also, noteworthy - check out the carriage in the background. I don't know if they were "indigenous" to the big cities, but those things used to be the size of a Buick; you don't see them anymore - I guess with cars becoming more accessible to many those carriages were replaced with strollers.
The brand was either "Parrego" or "Welbuilt." We bought a Parego when my son was born.
