Hey Gina, any chance you could work some sort of magic and get Hunter Pence healthy again so I can use him in the Yahoo league? He was a stud until KABLOOIE!
You think he still has a chance at rookie of the year? He was the obvious choice in my opinion until he got hurt.
BL, believe me, if there was any way I could get Hunter healthy, I would've already done it. Just about everytime I pick my CF'er in this game, I think of him. We really miss his energy and talent.
The general opinion now, from what I've heard, is that Ryan Braun of Milwaukee is definite to get ROY. He and Hunter were pretty much neck and neck for a while, considering all of their stats, which is why Hunter's injury was such a huge blow to the team and the fans. He had a great shot, but he's probably missed too much time now.
Braun is hitting .348, with 22 home runs, 59 RBI, and 10 stolen bases, in only 70 games.
