I think that MIG was talking about that Hotel with the theme rooms that you found which closed down.
I doubt that the Flamingo has any gangster themed rooms.

I know she was, and I only mentioned the Flamingo becuase of Bugsy Seigel. I didn't know if perhaps they had a couple rooms in the gangster theme. Just talking off the top of my pointed little head.
