Funny... I've totally gone AWAY from the tomato-based sauces for the most part... some hideaway pizzeria near me has GREAT entrees (somehow their pizzas suck, tho) -- but their sauces are INCREDIBLE! I love non-tomato-based sauces, sauteed in the pan w/ the pasta... with veggies... (non-jarred \:p ) garlic... OMG... incredible!


I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! tongue lol
