Btw, I went to this "so called" Italian restaurant (pizza to-go type place) and asked for a calzone. They didn't even put ricotta cheese in it. Who ever heard of calzone, manicotti or Lasanga without ricotta cheese????? Don't you think that is a mandatory ingredient????
I know, not everyone likes ricotta, but I do. \:p
