BURGERS: Not sure if its even still open, but '21' in NYC has a $21 burger... i hear its to die for... and, the very best I ever had was in the Stratosphere in Vegas -- Kobe Beef Burger, a bargin at $16, considering you are in a building nearly as tall as the Empire State Building, and the restaurant rotates... so in one hour you make a full 360 degree turn seeing outward toward Area 51, the outskirts of the dessert, and Martinis 2 for the price of one at lunch time, you really can't beat that experience... i think 3 of us dined for $100 and in my book thats cheap, especially since it was a great experience...
