Thanks MC. That IS encouraging!

I suppose as far as quitting smoking goes, at least for me, you have to know when "your" time to quit is and mentally prepare yourself for what lies ahead.
I, like every other smoker, have thought about quitting, had the opportunity at any time to quit, why now? I don't know. That's why you can't tell anyone to quit. It has to be something they want to do and they'll know when/if. Even then, of course, I (or anyone) could fall off the wagon.

It's a battle but I don't intend to let it be on my mind in 10 years let alone 1 year. We'll see.
