A. Mooned them. Q. Who was the highest paid actor in The Godfather Part I, and how much did he make?
Michael: My father's no different than any other powerful man, any man who's responsible for other people. Like a senator or a president. Kay: You know how naive you sound? Michael: Why? Kay: Senators and presidents don't have men killed... Michael: Oh... who's being naive, Kay?

A. I'm guessing you mean 19, if I'm wrong, feel free to correct me.
Q. In Part II, in Sicily, around the dinner table, who is the man who young Sonny playfully boxes with?
Michael: My father's no different than any other powerful man, any man who's responsible for other people. Like a senator or a president. Kay: You know how naive you sound? Michael: Why? Kay: Senators and presidents don't have men killed... Michael: Oh... who's being naive, Kay?

A: "Wouldn't go to war with him." Q: What did Tom Hagen buy Anthony Corleone for Christmas 1958 which was from Michael?
"The Godfather was a man to whom everybody came for help and never were they disappointed. He made no empty promises, nor the craven excuse that his hands were tied by more powerful forces in the world than himself. It was not necessary that he be your friend, it was not even important that you had no means with which to repay him. Only one thing was required. That you, yourself, proclaim your friendship. And then, no matter how poor or powerless the supplicant, the Godfather would take that person's troubles to his heart. He would let nothing stand in the way to a solution of that person's woe. His reward? Friendship, the respectful title 'Don' and sometimes the more affectionate salutation of 'Godfather.' Perhaps, to show respect only, never for profit, some humble gift - a gallon or homemade wine or a basket of fresh baked goods on a holiday. It was understood to proclaim that you were in his debt and that he had the right to call upon you at any time to redeem the debt by some small service." -- Mario Puzo, The Godfather (1969).

Hey Don Sonny -- How you doin'? Con respitto, my question is on the board. Grazie!

Don Vanchenzo you have an awful long signature! Originally posted by Don Vanchenzo: New Question: What was the final scene shot for The Godfather just before production on the project wrapped in NYC? Having searched the ENTIRE INTERNET (thats always an overstatement I know) and not wanting to listen to 3 hours of Francis Coppola's dvd commentary track, I will start guessing from now on: the scenes where the dons of the Five Famlies meet... (??)

According to Harlan Lebo's The Godfather Legacy, the final scene shot for The Godfather in NYC was Michael waiting for Sollozzo to pick him up outside Jack Dempsey's joint. The funny thing - the scene immediately after that (in Sollozzo's car with McCluskey and Lou) was one of the first scenes shot with Pacino so although one follows the other instantaniously (sp?), they are filmed 3 months apart. My question is off the Board. Now I guess we're on Don Sonny's question: Why is Michael's son named Anthony? I've got no clue.

My question is off the Board. Now I guess we're on Don Sonny's question:
Why is Michael's son named Anthony?
I've got no clue. [/b]well, it's very interesting stuff Don Vanchenzo, and I guess you made this trivia topic more a "game" in the way this thread is called a game, since you beat to the answer. And nice to finally know the answer my answer to "The Iceman"'s question would be Connie grandchild, since I think I remember a topic on this board about who's child that was, and no-one seemed to fit the profile as to being that kids parent. Michael and Kay are ruled out Vincent and Mary...neahh Anthony probably never had kids, unless he adopts them. Connie had some, but were not present in Sicily. I doubt Andy Hagen had kids. And at Don Tommasino's age, it would be hard to get them (altough not impossible). But hey, Lucy Mancini had a baby from Sonny even though she was never pregnant of him, so who knows?

no but good guess his name was anthony because the little kid who played him was named anthony and he responded best when his own name was used
