Okay, what'd everyone eat for dinner tonight? I had a lovely tomato salad, with red onions and basil. Then we had nice roasted cornish hens, stuffed with wild rice and peas. And as a vegetable, we had ecarole and white cannellini beans, sauteed in garlic and olive oil. For dessert, I just had a small cup of lemon sherbet with a couple of mini-biscotti. I'm full, not stuffed, but just right.

Not quite as fancy as yours, I made an ol' college favorite: Mac'n Cheese Tuna Casserole The recipe would appear on the box now and then. Prepare Mac'n Cheese as directed, then add in a can of condensed Cream of Mushroom soup, another 1/4 cup or so of milk, a can of tuna ( in water , and with the water), a cup of peas (preferably frozen), salt & pepper. Heat under low heat. The leftovers are great cold
I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol Whaddaya want me to do? Whack a guy? Off a guy? Whack off a guy? --Peter Griffin My DVDs | Facebook | Godfather Filming Locations

I'll pass on that Geoffy. Hey Miggy, how about a little Sanguinach? Sanguinach ; a blood spread made with the pig's blood, cooked must, nuts, chocolate, sugar, fresh bread crumbs, and orange peels.
