The one on the left is the best, the right is pretty damn close too, but the big middle drawing doesn't look right, the forehead is too big, it just doesn't look right.
Still, the shading is absolutely excellent.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Personally I think the one in the middle was the best one of the three. I have examined the original picture and I could add some more hair. I dont think it needs much though. Thanks for the feedback.
