In college my favorite was Molson Golden, eh. In our broke 20's it was the cheapest shit my roommates and I could get our hands on, usually Old Milwaukee for $2/six-pack Later, I acquired a taste for microbrews, foreign beers, and basically anything but American pilsners -- Sam Adams was my favorite for a while, plus Guinness, the best brew in the world. During this period we would also brew our own - mostly stouts, porters, bocks, ales, etc. But those didn't help my waistline any, so I switched to Miller Lite and have mostly been drinking that ever since -- just switching to Miller Lite I lost 15 pounds! Every other Light beer is wretched, BTW. I love Original Coors, but cannot stand Coors Light or any Bud product whatsoever. Miller or bust! I'm also not a fan of bitter beers like Heineken. My favorite Summertime brew is Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse and I'll indulge now and then. Delicious! Boddingtons rocks, too... ...but as I said, the real winner is...
I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol Whaddaya want me to do? Whack a guy? Off a guy? Whack off a guy? --Peter Griffin My DVDs | Facebook | Godfather Filming Locations

You have selected some outstanding ones here. A decent wheat beer is Blue Moon. It is made by Coors either in Canada or the US.

We had a lovely little brewery near us, but it went out of business. They made a copper ale that would knock you on your ass after two. I don't remember ever being that drunk off of beer, especially after only two.
Mountain Valley Brew Pub - makers of Ruffian Copper Ale. Excellent brew; allegedly won awards. You're trying to make me homesick SB I like lots of different beer. Mostly ales and lagers. Wherever I am I usually try the local draught. Don't care for light beer except when playing golf. 7 or 8 do help my game.

What annoys me is that it takes so damn long to get drunk on beer. Is that the only reason you drink beer??

One of them, I'd have to say it's a major reason. Then drink hard stuff... its quicker!

What annoys me is that it takes so damn long to get drunk on beer. So why is your name "Longneck?"

One of them, I'd have to say it's a major reason. Then drink hard stuff... its quicker! Yeah, but it doesn't taste as good. Beer seems better suited for relaxing and liquor is for getting smashed. What annoys me is that it takes so damn long to get drunk on beer. So why is your name "Longneck?" I have a long neck!
