Mets already down 2 - 0 so far in this game. Facing possible elimination from the playoffs this weekend. NFL Giants are 1 - 2 so far this season. Playoffs unlikely. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . LET'S GO RANGERS!!!!!

Right now I am really getting sick. Yeah? Try watching the NYY/BAL game... (but at least the Yanks didn't CHOKE at the end of the season )
I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol Whaddaya want me to do? Whack a guy? Off a guy? Whack off a guy? --Peter Griffin My DVDs | Facebook | Godfather Filming Locations

What happens if they end the season in a tie?? Then the Mets and Phillies would have a one game playoff on Monday. Since they are in the same division, wouldn't it go to the team with the best record against the other team? For Example, if the Mets were 12-8 against the Phillies then the Mets would go to the playoffs? I may be wrong, but for some reason I thought that record would come into play within the division. Now if the Mets were in a tie for the wildcard with the Padres, then they would have to play a tiebreaking game. By the way, this has been one of the most exciting finishes to a regular season as I have seen in a while. In the National League anyway... I love it when it comes down to the wire like this!
