Today marks the birhdays of Oscar Wilde (1854) and Eugene O'Neill (1888).

To be completely honest, I wouldn't mind it if I were so far gone that I didn't really grasp any of it. If I were just a completely crazed bastard who didn't have a conscious understanding of society, I think I'd just run with it.

Well, it may be better than being functionally insane.

Lately I have been unsatisfied with the quality of randomness here in the Random Post Whoring thread. If this were the "Extremely Long Continuous Discussion" thread I would be very pleased, but the random part of things has been very discouraging.

Roughly 3,000 miles. I live on the East Coast (in Maryland). California is clear on the other side of the country. Should be an adventure.

What part of California?

Somewhere in Orange County, preferably Fullerton, as my girlfriend is currently a student at Cal-State Fullerton. We're also considering Yorba Linda, Brea, and a few other places.



You know, its funny. I have an almost striking resemblance to John Travolta. Well...barring the fact that I look nothing like him.

I'll be moving on February 10, so it's still a ways off. We're currently in the process of finding an apartment. I'm also in the beginning stages of getting a transfer to another Target in the Orange County area.

My girl and I have been discussing it for a while now, but I didn't want to make any kind of announcement until we knew it was official. And seeing as I've purchased my plane ticket, and put a few other things in motion, I think it's pretty much a set deal now.

Thanks for the kind words and encouragement, folks. I know most of it is because I reek of awesomeness. But I'm sure part of it is because you guys are nice.
