...we wound up at Friendly's. I had a fried chicken salad and I must admit that it was pretty good. The "Cripsy Chicken Salad"? That's what I get every time I go there - I like it. It used to come in an edible bowl which was even better, but it's still pretty decent. They do, however, generally charge more than they should for a place like that, though...
I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol Whaddaya want me to do? Whack a guy? Off a guy? Whack off a guy? --Peter Griffin My DVDs | Facebook | Godfather Filming Locations

A similar place that I also liked is Bob Evans'. I haven't been there in about 8 years and honestly don't know why. We have a Bob Evans and we usually go there for breakfast. It is rare we go there for lunch or dinner.

I seldom go out for breakfast, but I'm happy with I-Hops (can't beat their pancakes) I used to love I-Hop, but they've gone downhill (at least here in the East) in the past ten years or so. I loved their special sampler breakfasts .... and they used to have good coffee (VERY important to rating a breakfast joint).

Why is it I always crave peaches or necatrines when they are off-season. How can these fruits be out of season in sunny California? What? I gotta grow my own peaches? I'm just good at eating them, not growing them. TIS

I was only there once, but I loved Shula's. We don't have one by me so it was a real treat. That Itasca one was the only one I've been to so I can't vouch for how good the other ones are. (That one was great).
