i don't get it, and i'll probably get made fun of for this, but was there an original scarface book and this is a sequel, or is this the same story just rereleased, also if there was an original scarface book, is it just like the 1983 scarface?

yes, there was an original scarface book by paul monette. i'm not sure if this is a sequel, but since it's about his sons coming to miami and trying to avoid his path, my guess would be yes, it's a sequel. -Pat
