If nothing else, you might get banned for it.  All injustices on this board are unequal, but some are more unequal than others. Here we go again... DVC had at least SIX strikes against him (6 documented suspensions), which are 3+ more than customary. I think we've been MORE than fair with him; he just wasn't able to actually learn from his mistakes, which is the bigger shame. That was the first banning I can recall in quite some time here -- probably only the 3rd or 4th different person in over 6 years, so........ perhaps had one of his friends here took the time to talk to him after his repeated suspensions he might still be here, eh? Or perhaps that wouldn't have worked, either.  So please don't make us out to be dictators or anything; as far as I'm concerned, we're FAR from it!!  That said... DE NIRO, that was a really unacceptable slur despite what happened to your sister (which I'm sorry to hear about). You do know that you can edit your own posts, right?

May it please the court, I concur with the collective judgment of the esteemed and learned justices of this Honorable Board. While the gravity of the individual offenses of the defendant may not shock the conscience, the defendant's substantial prior record aggravates the sentence, such that the standard sentencing guidelines are consistent with a ban. One only needs to refer to the precedent established in the seminal decision of Gangster BB v. Mad Johnny ,776 A.2d 1182 (2006) (Justice Cardi writing for the majority) and apply the legal doctrine of Illegitimis Paulus Id Veniente Habevit , more commonly known as The Little Bastard Had It Coming. Judgment of Sentence is Affirmed.

My sister was mugged yesterday in Nottingham and had her phone stolen from her and money.A group of people took it from her. Im not a racist but it makes me so angry and am biting my tounge when writing this..
How can people do this to a 14 year old..Or anyone.. I could have said a lot worst. I was just letting off a little steam,instead of making this public i could have kept my feelings to myself,sorry for this stupid outburst..  Outburst? I could barely tell you were mad! That was the most amazingly tame outburst I have ever read. I'd hate to see you get REALLY angry... I don't know if I could handle an exclamation mark

Geoffy, Why do you feel the need to explain the actions of you and the other mods? You are the Don. If you or the other mods feel the need to ban or suspend someone I'm sure you have a good reason and you shouldn't have to defend yourself.

Obviously you have made your decision and I will go with it because I love this place but I want it to be known that I don't support the banning of DVC. There have been a few idiots that try to start crap here and you banned them. Great. But this final straw with DVC seemed like a bad reason to do what you were apparently just waiting to do. He made a controversial comment and then was provoked. Lay off Geoff. It was my decision to ban DVC. You saw it as a "controversial comment". I saw it as an extremely rude, insensitive, sexist, degrading put down of women and it has absolutely no place on these boards. He'd done it before and was suspended. He did it again; he's evidently clueless.

So for Christmas I am thinking of asking for a Colts personalized jersey. Should I get #5, which was my basketball number in elementary school, or #28 which is my current number at work but is currently being used by one of my favorite players, Marlin Jackson.
5 won't be used much with the Colts only carrying 2 QBs most years, and isn't currently being used, 28 is now and would be later on...

Last January I was going thru some papers on my desk (I am not very organized) and found my new car insurance card -- the one in my wallet had expired weeks before and I didn't realize it! Today, I get my NEW insurance card, and put it in my wallet right away -- a month early -- just to realize that my registration expired at the end of JUNE!! WTF is my problem?!! I could've sworn I renewed it online, but they have a new system now that I can't log in to to see until I get some PIN snail-mailed to me -- so now I have to go to the freakin' DMV tomorrow to see WTF!  Not only do I need a maid, but also a secretary!
