ahahahha. Best $24.00 I've ever spent. Love seeing you guys lose. But seriously, there was no reason the kid should have been in goal. Wow, did he have a horrible game. And looks like Becks still has some game left because that ball he played to Crouch was fantastic. Our 2 best players right there... How bad was Wayne Bridge? Newcastle are constantly linked with him? Chelski can keep him....

Steve McClaren's recent travails in failing to qualify for the European Championships have already had repercussions for his eventual successor as England are now set to miss out on a seeding place at Sunday's World Cup draw Defeats at the hands of Croatia and Russia and have seen England's Fifa ranking slip to 12th and so out of the top nine European teams. Gone but not forgotten: McClaren's legacy is a tougher World Cup campaign for his successor Eight groups of six teams and one of five provide Europe's entrants for the 2010 tournament to be held in South Africa, with the top nine teams automatically qualifying and the eight best runners up entering a play-off. All of which means England's World Cup prospects have been damaged by their European Championship failure, with England guaranteed to have one of the better nations in their group, such as Germany, Italy, France - or even Croatia. Defeat by Slaven Bilic's team has led to England being leapfrogged by Greece. Scotland have also fallen, one place to 14th, meaning they too will be among the second seeds and so cannot be drawn in the same group as England. Meanwhile, Northern Ireland have risen four places to 32 and have overtaken the Republic of Ireland, who drop to three places to 35th. Wales' ranking remains unchanged in 58th spot. Argentina, meanwhoile, continue as the top-ranked country despite a 2-1 defeat by Colombia, but Brazil and Italy have closed the gap. Spain are up two places to fourth and the Czech Republic are up three places to sixth. South Africa have leaped 25 places to 77th while Belarus' 2-1 win over Holland in midweek sees them rise 34 places to 60th. Fifa World Rankings 1 Argentina 1523pts (0 position change) 2 Brazil 1502 (0) 3 Italy 1498 (0) 4 Spain 1349 (+2) 5 Germany 1296 (0) 6 Czech Republic 1290 (+3) 7 France 1243 (-3 ) 8 Portugal 1241 (0) 9 Holland 1170 (-2) 10 Croatia 1129 (0) 11 Greece 1114 (+3) 12 England 1113 (-1) 13 Romania 1088 (-1) 14 Scotland 990 (-1) 15 Mexico

Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill has ruled himself out of the running for the vacant England coach's position. The Northern Irishman, 55, who was interviewed for the job last year, was among the favourites to take over following Steve McClaren's dismissal.
But O'Neill confirmed on Friday that he did not want the job.
McClaren was sacked after England were beaten 3-2 by Croatia at Wembley on Wednesday and so failed to qualify for next summer's Euro 2008 finals.
The Football Association's chief executive Brian Barwick has begun his search for a replacement.
Of the other contenders, BBC Sport understands that Jose Mourinho is not interested in the job.
Newcastle boss Sam Allardyce and West Ham's Alan Curbishley have ruled themselves out, Mark Hughes signed a new contract with Blackburn on Friday, and Marcello Lippi has distanced himself from the role.
But ex-Real Madrid coach Fabio Capello says he is interested and Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has not ruled himself out.
England's next scheduled match is a friendly against France in Paris on 26 March, although there is a date available in February to arrange another fixture if required.
The next competitive match will be the opening encounter of the 2010 World Cup campaign in September, with the draw for the qualifying groups taking place on Sunday.

We must start a petion to stop this Happening Franz Beckenbauer has urged England to appoint former Germany boss Jurgen Klinsmann to replace Steve McClaren. Beckenbauer says Klinsmann, 43, has the right creditentials having guided Germany to the semi-finals in the 2006 World Cup and played with Tottenham. "The job would be ideal for him and England as well," Beckenbauer said. "Jurgen has very clear ideas who can enforce them. He knows what he wants, he speaks very good English and would revel in the England job." I could well imagine England getting a fresh start with him Franz Beckenbauer German football icon Beckenbauer, captain and coach of the teams that won the World Cup in 1974 and 1990, believes Klinsmann would not be afraid to shake things up within the England set-up. Writing in his weekly column for Bild, he said: "Who can lead the boys with the three lions out of their coma? One name comes immediately to mind. Jurgen Klinsmann. "He'd have three years until the 2010 World Cup to form a new team and he wouldn't have to worry about old baggage. "Jurgen would be a new beginning for England. He is looking for a role in a country with a great tradition and appetite for football. "He is a man with a clear vision and knows how to implement that vision even against resistance. I could well imagine England getting a fresh start with him. "He speaks the language, has a great reputation there thanks to his time at Tottenham and was even footballer of the year." Klinsmann took charge of Germany after they were again humiliated at Euro 2004 with a first-round exit. He revamped and modernised the German FA (DFB), leading Germany to a surprising third place at the 2006 World Cup. But a potential stumbling is Klinsmann's likely insistence that the FA would allow him the leeway the DFB did to coach Germany. Klinsmann resisted pressure to abandon his home in southern California, watching matches on television and communicating with players via phone and email. Most members of Germany's football establishment accepted the commuting but criticism of Klinsmann's approach invariably emerged when the German team performed poorly in the run-up to the 2006 World Cup. But Manchester City's German midfielder Dietmar Hamann questioned whether the English public would accept Klinsmann as their new coach. "Would the English people like a German to be in charge of their national team? It is an interesting one."

England have been drawn against their Euro 2008 nemesis Croatia for the 2010 World Cup South Africa qualifiers. It gives England a chance to avenge last week's defeat by Croatia which eliminated them from next summer's Euro 2008 finals in Austria and Switzerland.
Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Andorra are the other Group Six teams.
Scotland have been paired in a group with Holland, Wales will face Russia and Germany, while Northern Ireland face Czech Republic and Poland.
Republic of Ireland were drawn in Group Eight along with world champions Italy, Bulgaria and Ireland.
France, runners-up from the 2006 finals, have been placed in a group with Romania and Serbia.
The winners of each European group will qualify for the finals automatically and the best eight runners-up play off for four more qualifying berths.
England's failure to gain the point they needed in their final Euro 2008 qualifier against Croatia at Wembley cost Steve McClaren his job as manager.
It was almost inevitable that Sunday's World Cup draw would throw the two nations together again, giving McClaren's successor an immediate opportunity for revenge.
However, England also face tough matches against Ukraine and Belarus - and there were gasps in the audience at Durban's International Convention Centre as the group was completed.
Scotland were placed in the smallest of the nine European groups, and will face Norway, FYR Macedonia and Iceland as well as Holland.
Durban put on a glitzy show for the World Cup 2010 draw
Alex McLeish's side agonisingly missed out on qualifying for the Euro 2008 finals after losing to Italy in their final match.
Scotland's last appearance at a major summer tournament came at the 1998 World Cup in France.
Meanwhile, Wales face a difficult group, up against Germany and Russia - the other side who qualified for Euro 2008 ahead of England - as well as Finland, Azerbaijan and Liechtenstein.
The Welsh are familiar with Finland, having faced them in Euro 2004 qualifying.
Northern Ireland, who also narrowly missed out on qualification for the Euro 2008 finals last week, face Slovakia, Slovenia and San Marino as well as Czech republic and Poland.
Republic of Ireland, who are managerless like England, must negotiate a path in a group containing defending champions Italy and Cyprus - to whom they suffered an humiliating 5-2 defeat during their unsuccessful qualifying campaign for Euro 2008.
Political and ideological rivals North and South Korea were drawn together in the Asian section.
South Korea are top seeds in Group 3 which also includes Jordan and Turkmenistan.
Two teams from each group go into the final Asian qualifying stage.
Australia, playing in the Asian section for the first time since switching from Oceania meet China, Iraq and Qatar in group one.
Thirty-one nations will join hosts South Africa in the 2010 finals.
