Don Novello, of "Father Guido Sarducci" fame (from "Saturday Night Live"). His character's name in Part III was "Dominic Abbandando". Recognize the name "Abbandando"?
FWIW - Novello's sister, Antonia, was the former Surgeon General of the U.S., and is currently the NYS Health Commissioner.
